let us hold it all
like it is the very last
utter abundance

shadows stretch across
contemplating reflection
conforming to curve

tell me where to stand
as a Bee is to flower
to root yourself in

sometimes it’s the clouds
when overwhelmed with beauty,
as I lean to you

like the heat bubble
that will lead you down that path
pulchritudinous

I see reflection
a ball of a peony
calling you to dance

sometimes you just run
with strokes of grass and azure
drink it into you

I stumbled upon
lead you to this perspective
as with all life’s gifts

play brings character
of an origami quilt
fog rolls in like tide

I wished to see moon
just to remind me, nudge me,
the squirrel tail scolds
